Losing a child is one of the most heart-wrenching experiences a parent can face. In such moments, it’s natural to wonder: “Did I do something wrong? Is this my fault?”
The Bhagavad Gita teaches us that life and death are part of divine law (Dharma) and the soul’s journey. The arrival and departure of a soul are determined by its own karmic path, not by the mistakes or actions of the parents. A child’s passing is never a punishment for parental karma.
Parents did not cause this loss. The soul’s journey is beyond human control, and our love, care, and prayers continue to honor and support that soul. Instead of guilt, parents can focus on remembrance, healing, and trusting the eternal wisdom of the cosmos.
🙏 May the eternal soul find peace, and may parents find comfort in knowing they are not to blame.
